Spend a nice, relaxing weekend far away from the city and close to the nature.
Kwietne Łąki (transl. Flower meadows) is a charming complex in Masuria. Three stunning building and a spacious 80 m2 yoga room.

-4 pm arrival -6-7.15 pm restorative yoga -7.30 pm dinner -8 pm get-together -9 pm introduction to meditation and breathing techniques

Saturday
-7-10 am ashtanga practice (in groups – Mysore and introduction to ashtanga) -10 am breakfast -2 pm lunch -5.30-7 pm mobility workshop -7.30 pm dinner -9 pm introduction to meditation and breathing techniques

Sunday
-7-10 am ashtanga practice (in groups – Mysore and introduction to ashtanga) -10 am breakfast -12.45-2 pm core strengthening -2 pm lunch
THE COMPLEX
The complex consists of three buildings:
-> Old Masuria – Charming, over 100 years old house, which was renovated.
-> New Masuria – Spacious building with a kitchen and dining room downstairs. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms. The interior design is a mix of Scandinavian and rustic.
-> The barn – Brand new buliding with 4 double bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. There is a great yoga room – lots of natural light.
All the buildings have spacious living rooms where you can enjoy reading a book or just having some me time.
MEALS
Three delicious vegetarian meals.
ACCOMMODATION
Two-bed and three-bed rooms (with bathroom or shared bathroom).
