Banana flour? Try this at home – I mean kitchen ;)

I bought the banana flour in Ubud, Bali. I am not very confident when cooking with gluten free flours but I read that banana flour is very similar to white flour. 

So Here they are – my first totally gluten free crepes!

The recipe

  • 1 cup of banana flour 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ca. 1,5 cup soya milk
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Mix all the ingredients, if the batter it too thick – add more milk. Crepes absorb oil – make sure you put enough on a frying pan. Serve with your favourite fruits, maple syrup or like me: 

  1. Chokeberry Jam
  2. Peanut butter
  3. Honey
  4. Bali Coffee
