Coconut and chia seed pudding. It’s just too easy not to do it ;)

I usually prepare this pudding in the evening so It’s ready for breakfast. 10 minutes and It’s ready. πŸ™‚

You will need:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml soya milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp agawa


Whisk all the ingredients, put them into jars or glasses and let rest in the fridge for couple of hours.
Serve with favourite fruits – I chose mango.
